What does a Distribution Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Distribution team. We are looking for a driven and engaging people leader with supply chain/ distribution knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver against budgeted volume, profit and expenses.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
- Play a leadership role in building relationships with internal/external associates
- Staff, lead, mentor, motivate, and hold team accountable to achieve goals
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required or
- High School Diploma (or GED) (with additional experience, see below) required
- CDL preferred and is required in some locations (or must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment) required
- 2+ years distribution leadership experience required
- 4+ years industry-relevant experience required
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Base pay range is $68,225 to $85,319 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
