| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
|
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory level position in shop and maintenance related field. 2. Heavy duty diesel mechanic experience with knowledge of construction equipment, crushing equipment or trucks. Minimum 1 year. 3. Must have a current valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record. 4. Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred. 5. Strong supervisory skills. Preferred Requirements 1. Experience using fleet management software and time keeping / tracking software. 2. Prior experience as a heavy equipment mechanic. 3. Prior experience as a shop supervisor for a construction / materials-based business. Duties and/or Responsibilities 1. Provides Supervision for KR Casper maintenance operations to maximize utilization and reduce cost. 2. Coordinates activities of maintenance personnel engaged in repair and service of trucks and equipment. 3. Monitor fleet compliance: work with locations to assure regulatory compliance and FMCSRs. 4. Attend Operations and Production meetings to understand upcoming needs and to provide operations with updates on equipment. 5. Assist management in annual budget process and assist in establishing equipment needs and replacement schedules. 6. Work with Operations on all major repairs and PM's. |
