Global IT Integrations Lead is a member of the Enterprise Architecture & Development team. He/She will be the go-to person for any IT Integrations topics related to our Global IPaaS platform to exchange data between our enterprise applications. This role will manage all IT Integrations change requests (including new ones), which are prioritized and assigned to the workstreams and monitored for on-track delivery.
In this role, the Global IT Integrations Lead will behave as a facilitator, organizing communication between the relevant technical and business teams involved in such IT Integrations (ERP, External Systems, Salesforce, Business ...), ensuring clearly defined and agreed to Requirements which are then interpreted properly into Technical Specifications for the team members.
- Provides work direction for the Global IT Integrations team's members, from Workstream assignments to Oversight of IT Integrations design.
- Owns the IT Integrations Intake Process and manages the delivery expectations of approved scopes of work.
- Builds and maintains the IT Integrations Service Catalog
- Lead the IT Integration design for Enterprise Integrations partnering with our other Technical and Applications teams.
- Mentors the IT Integration team members and partners on the sustainment and design of IT Integrations solutions, executing design, performance and code reviews as required
- Drives the Best Practices for the team following DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering Practices.
- Work with IT Integrations team members to deliver Implementations (Hands-on required)
- Organize some Knowledge Sharing Sessions (Internally or Externally) for both our technologies, as well as our processes
- Be the first point of Contact should an IT Integrations Issue arise and be responsible to troubleshoot it, defining options and making decisions on them
- Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
IT Engineer degree
4+ years' experience in the IT Integrations space using IPaaS (MuleSoft, Jitterbit ...)
Language Skills
Effective communication skills: Fluent in English - Oral, written and listening (including strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences)
Reasoning Ability
Analytical skills to be able to quickly identify and resolve problems. Ability to analyze data, resources, and schedules to make decisions that affect a project on a regular basis.
Computer / Technical Skills
Experience with design and creation of MuleSoft Projects, required
Experience with Jitterbit, highly beneficial

Javascript / JSON / XML
IT Network knowledge (Firewall, VPN, ...)
